Abstract
The Commission has adopted a Table of Allotments for digital television (DTV) service, rules for use of these DTV channels, procedures for assigning DTV channels, and plans for spectrum recovery. The Commission also adopted technical criteria for the allotment of additional DTV channels. This action is intended to provide the channels on which broadcasters will operate DTV service and to establish a plan for recovery of spectrum.
