## Abstract

This document allots Channel 249C3 to Strasburg, Colorado, as that community's second local aural transmission service, and reserves it for noncommercial educational use, in response to a petition for rule making filed by J.P.I. Radio, Inc. See 61 FR 47471, September 9, 1996. Coordinates used for noncommercial educational Channel 249C3 at Strasburg are 39-43-13 and 104-11-58. See Supplementary Information, infra. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
