## Abstract

This Order amends the Commission's rules regarding indecent programming on leased access and public, educational and governmental access channels. This action is necessary to conform the rules to the decision of the Supreme Court in Denver Area Educational Telecommunications Consortium, Inc. v. FCC. The order is intended to amend the Commission's rules to conform them to the Court's decision.
