Abstract
This document allots Channel 227A to Valdez, Alaska, as that community's first local FM transmission service in response to a petition filed on behalf of North Wave Communications, Inc. See 62 FR 373, January 3, 1997. Coordinates used for Channel 227A at Valdez are 61-07-00 and 146-16-00. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
