Abstract
The Commission, at the request of Redwood Broadcasting, Inc., allots Channel 278C3 to Dickson, OK, as the community's first local aural transmission service. See 61 FR 66250, December 17, 1996. Channel 278C3 can be allotted to Dickson in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 34-11-14 North Latitude and 96-59-03 West Longitude. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
