## Abstract

In light of the many demands currently imposed on the Commission concerning nonhearing matters, the Commission has concluded that the proper dispatch of its business and the public interest will be best served by expanding the authority delegated to the General Counsel regarding hearing matters. These amendments change the Commission's Rules to reflect the elimination of the Review Board. These amendments also incorporate nonsubstantive, editorial changes in the Rules to reflect current circumstances.
