Abstract
This document allots Channel 253A to Orofino, Idaho, as that community's second local FM transmission service in response to a petition filed by Topaz Enterprises, Inc. See 62 FR 7982, February 21, 1997. Coordinates used for Channel 253A at Orofino are 46-28-48 and 116-15-00. As Orofino is located within 320 kilometers (199 miles) of the Canadian border, concurrence of the Canadian government in this proposal was obtained. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
