## Abstract

On June 17, 1997, the Commission released an Order on Reconsideration and Second Report and Order amending several rules concerning connection of inside wiring to the telephone network. The Order on Reconsideration and Second Report and Order is intended to clarify our demarcation point definition and other rules in part 68.
