## Abstract

Action in this document allots Channel 268C3 to Mahnomen, Minnesota, as that community's first local broadcast service in response to a petition filed by Jimmy D. Birkemeyer. See 62 FR 15871, April 3, 1997. There is a site restriction 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) northwest of the community. The coordinates for Channel 268C3 are 47- 25-00 and 96-06-00. Canadian concurrence has been obtained for the allotment of Channel 268C3 at Mahnomen. With this action this proceeding is terminated.
