The rules, requirements, and regulations established in Implementation of Infrastructure Sharing Provisions in the Telecommunications Act of 1996, Report and Order, CC Docket 96-237, FCC 97-36 and the Commission's adoption of 47 CFR 59.1, 59.2, 59.3, 59.4 became effective May 6, 1997.
