## Abstract

By this Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Commission responds to three Petitions for Reconsideration filed by the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), Hewlett-Packard Company (HP), and Intel Corporation (Intel) regarding the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) procedure for the authorization of digital devices. This action is intended to clarify and improve the DoC process.
