## Abstract

In accordance with the Federal Civil Monetary Penalty Inflation Act of 1990, as amended by the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, this order amends the Commission's rules regarding forfeiture proceedings to implement inflation adjustments to monetary forfeiture penalties that may be assessed by the Commission.
