Abstract
This order amends the Commission's rules to incorporate, as a note to the rule, the Commission's policy statement regarding forfeitures and a suggested schedule of base forfeiture amounts. The policy statement and schedule of base forfeiture amounts is intended to provide a measure of predictability and uniformity to the process of assessing forfeitures.
