## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Grace Communications L.C., allots Channel 273A to Shawsville, Virginia, as the community's first local aural transmission service. See 62 FR 15870, April 3, 1997. Channel 273A can be allotted to Shawsville in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 2.3 kilometers (1.4 miles) west in order to avoid a short-spacing conflict with the vacant allotment of Channel 274C1, Appomattox, Virginia. The coordinates for Channel 273A at Shawsville are 37-09-47 NL and 80-16-48 WL. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
