## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Stellar Communications, Inc., reallots Channel 282C2 from Temple to Taylor, Texas, and modifies Station KKIK(FM)'s license accordingly. See 61 FR 58361, November 14, 1996. Channel 282C2 can be allotted to Taylor in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 6.4 kilometers (4.0 miles) southwest. The coordinates for Channel 282C2 at Taylor are 30-31-18 and 97-26-40. The Commission also pursuant to the grant of the major change application (BPH- 821203AD) reallots Channel 221A from Taylor to Hutto, Texas. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
