Abstract
The rule amended by the Commission establishing standards for reporting when a carrier interconnects an international private line to the U.S. Public Switched Network (PSN), shall become effective October 1, 1997. The decision, which contained new information collection requirements, was published in the Federal Register on November 21, 1996.
