## Abstract

This order amends the Commission's rules regarding implementation of the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996 to comply with the changes mandated by the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996. This action will make it easier for the public to request access under the FOIA to the Commission's records.
