Abstract
The Commission's amendments to 47 CFR 76.922, which contain information collection requirements, became effective on September 4, 1997. These amendments, which were published in the Federal Register on March 31, 1997, relate to implementation of the rate regulation provisions of the 1992 Cable Act.
