Abstract
On October 9, 1997, the Commission released a Third Report and Order in CC Docket No. 92-237 adopting various measures related to numbering administration for telecommunications service and to billing and collection to support numbering administration activities. The Third Report and Order is intended to ensure the impartial allocation and administration of numbering resources. The Commission also released a Third Report and Order in CC Docket No. 95-155 adopting measures related to numbering administration for toll free numbers. The Third Report and Order is intended to ensure the impartial allocation and administration of toll free numbering resources.
