Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Chehalis Broadcasting Company, allots Channel 267A at Westport, Washington, as the community's first local aural transmission service. See 62 FR 10011, March 5, 1997. Channel 267A can be allotted to Westport in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements at city reference coordinates. The coordinates for Channel 267A at Westport are North Latitude 46-53-24 and West Longitude 124-06-06. Since Westport is located within 320 kilometers (200 miles) of the U.S.-Canadian border, concurrence of the Canadian government has been obtained. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
