## Abstract

This action amends the rules to adopt partitioning and disaggregation rules for the Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS). This action will encourage spectrum efficiency and the more rapid deployment of service to the public. The effect of these rules is to provide LMDS licensees greater flexibility to respond to marketplace demands.
