Abstract
Action in this document allots Channel 228A to Perry, Florida, as that community's second local service in response to a petition filed by Frank Vela. See 62 FR 51824, October 3, 1997. The coordinates for Channel 228A at Perry are 30-07-00 and 83-34-26. There is a site restriction .8 kilometers (.5 miles) east of the community. With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 228A at Perry, Florida, will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
