## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Michael Mattson and Kenneth Lewetag, allots Channel 254C3 to Prineville, OR, as the community's second local FM service. See 62 FR 61720, November 19, 1997. Channel 254C3 can be allotted to Prineville in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 10.6 kilometers (6.6 miles) southeast, at coordinates 44-13-30 North Latitude and 120-46-30 West Longitude, to avoid a short-spacing to Station KUPL-FM, Channel 254C1, Portland, OR. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
