## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Clear Channel Radio Licenses, Inc., allots Channel 258C1 to Guymon, OK, as the community's second local FM service. See 62 FR 66324, December 18, 1997. Channel 258C1 can be allotted to Guymon in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 36-41-00 North Latitude; 101-29-06 West Longitude. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
