Abstract
The Commission published in the Federal Register on February 25, 1998, a Third Order on Reconsideration (Third Reconsideration Order) in the Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS) proceeding. The final rules included a date by which certain dismissed applications are permitted to be refiled. The date inadvertently was miscalculated and was misstated in various sections of the rules. This document corrects the date in the final rules.
