Abstract
This document denies a petition for reconsideration of the Report and Order, 62 FR 47762 (September 11, 1997), in this proceeding that added Channel 270A to Bainbridge, Georgia, as that community's second FM service. The proposal to add the requested channel was preferred over an FM application by an existing licensee for authority to use the licensee's existing transmitter site to implement a channel upgrade already approved for a different site.
