Abstract
The Commission, at the request of John L. Zolkoske, allots Channel 228A to Condon, OR, as the community's first local aural service. See 63 FR 53008, October 2, 1998. Channel 228A can be allotted to Condon in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 45-14-18 NL; 120-11-06 WL. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
