## Abstract

On August 22, 1997, the Commission released a Report and Order in the matter of Connection of Customer-Provided Terminal Equipment to the Telephone Network. This document contains a correction to the final regulations that appeared in the Federal Register, 62 FR 61649 (November 19, 1997), by adding paragraph (c) to Sec. 68.300. This paragraph was inadvertently removed from the 1997 version of the Code of Federal Regulations.
