## Abstract

The Commission has denied reconsideration of and corrected portions of the final rules adopted in the Third Report and Order and Memorandum Opinion and Order (Third Report and Order) in this proceeding. It clarifies the respective regulatory statuses of services that were and were not addressed in the Third Report and Order, deletes a cross-reference to a rule that was removed in the Third Report and Order, and clarifies the co-channel interference protection standards for VHF public coast geographic licensees established in the Third Report and Order.
