## Abstract

In this document we amend the Commission's rules, to extend the deadline for the filing of paper documents such as petitions, pleadings, and tariffs, that are not required to be accompanied by a fee, and that are hand-delivered to the Commission's Office of the Secretary. The filing deadline for all such documents is extended from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
