Abstract
The Commission, at the request of High Plains Broadcasting, Inc., allots Channel 276C1 to Wimbledon, ND, as the community's first local aural service. See 64 FR 7846, February 17, 1999. Channel 276C1 can be allotted to Wimbledon without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 47-10-18 NL; 98-27-30 WL. Canadian concurrence in the allotment has been received since Wimbledon is located within 320 kilometers (200 miles) of the U.S.-Canadian border. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
