## Abstract

This document allots Channel 255A at Reno, Texas, in response to a petition filed by Thomas S. Desmond. See 64 FR 8788, February 23, 1999. The coordinates for Channel 255A at Reno are 30-40-12 NL and 95- 36-08 WL. There is a site restriction 13 kilometers (8.1 miles) west of the community. With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 255A at Reno will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
