Abstract
This document allots Channel 239C3 to Fort Benton, Montana, in response to a petition filed by Mountain West Broadcasting. See 64 FR 8787, February 23, 1999. The coordinates for Channel 239C3 at Fort Benton are 47-44-01 NL and 110-47-41 WL. There is a site restriction 13.4 kilometers (8.4 miles) southwest of the community. Canadian concurrence has been obtained for the allotment of Channel 239C3 at Fort Benton. With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 239C3 at Fort Benton will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
