## Abstract

This document reallots Channel 250C from Shelby, Montana, to Dutton, Montana, and modifies the construction permit for Station KLHK to specify operation on Channel 250C at Dutton in response to a petition filed by Shelby Media Association. See 64 FR 8786, February 23, 1999. The coordinates for Channel 250C at Dutton are 47-57-46 and 111-39-14. Canadian concurrence has been obtained for this allotment. With this action, this proceeding is terminated. EFFECTIVE DATE: August 9, 1999.
