## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of High Plains Broadcasting, Inc., allots Channel 230C1 to Belfield, ND, as the community's first local aural service. See 63 FR 69608, December 17, 1998. Channel 230C1 can be allotted to Belfield in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without a site restriction, at coordinates 46-53-06 NL; 103-11-48 WL. Canadian concurrence in the allotment has been obtained since Belfield is located within 320 kilometers (200 miles) of the U.S.-Canadian border. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
