## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of High Plains Broadcasting, Inc., allots Channel 276C1 to Burlington, ND, as the community's first local aural service. See 63 FR 69608, December 17, 1998. Channel 276C1 can be allotted to Burlington in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without a site restriction, at coordinates 48-16-42 NL; 101-25-36 WL. Canadian concurrence in the allotment has been obtained since Burlington is located within 320 kilometers (200 miles) of the U.S.-Canadian border. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
