Abstract
The Commission, at the request of Buxton Communications Company, allots Channel 260A to Buxton, NC, as the community's first local aural service, and at the request of Buxton Radio Group, allots Channel 268A to Buxton, NC, as its second local aural service. See 63 FR 43656, August 14, 1998. Channels 260A and 268A can be allotted to Buxton in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 35-16-06 NL; 75-31-54 WL. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
