## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Mountain West Broadcasting, allots Channel 280A at Dunkerton, Iowa, as the community's first local aural transmission service. See 64 FR 15712, April 1, 1999. Channel 280A can be allotted to Dunkerton in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 8.9 kilometers (5.6 miles) north to avoid short-spacings to the licensed sites of Station KLTI-FM, Channel 281C, Ames, Iowa, and Station KDAT(FM), Channel 283C1, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The coordinates for Channel 280A at Dunkerton are 42-38-59 North Latitude and 92-10-32 West Longitude. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
