## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Mountain West Broadcasting, allots Channel 295C1 to Overton, NV, as the community's first local aural service. See 64 FR 14421, March 25, 1999. Channel 295C1 can be allotted to Overton in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 40 kilometers (24.9 miles) north, at coordinates 36-53-17 NL; 114-34-27 WL, to avoid short-spacings to Stations KSNE-FM, Channel 293C, Las Vegas, NV, KCCA, Channel 296C3, Colorado City, AZ, and to the construction permit of a new station on Channel 296B, Needles, CA. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
