## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Mountain West Broadcasting, allots Channel 280C1 to Wells, NV, as the community's first local aural transmission service. See 64 FR 15713, April 1, 1999. Channel 280C1 can be allotted to Wells in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 41-06-42 NL; 114-57-48 WL. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
