## Abstract

On July 2, 1999, the Commission published a final rule which implemented provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 that reform several parts of Title VI of the Communications Act of 1934, including a provision concerning notice by cable operators to subscribers of service and rate changes. This document corrects that rule by removing an incorrect amendment and publishing the correct amendment.
