Abstract
The Commission's amendments to 47 CFR 76.952 and 47 CFR 76.990, which contain information collection requirements, will become effective on August 31, 1999. These amendments, which were published in the Federal Register on July 2, 1999, relate to implementation of provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
