## Abstract

This document allots Channel 260C3 to Somerton, Arizona, as that community's first local aural transmission service in response to a petition for rule making filed by L. Topaz Enterprises, Inc. See 64 FR 17137, April 8, 1999. Coordinates used for Channel 260C3 at Somerton are 32-35-00 NL and 114-35-05 WL. As Somerton is located within 320 kilometers (199 miles) of the U.S.-Mexico border, concurrence of the Mexican government to this allotment was obtained. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
