Abstract
This document allots Channel 289A to Kensett, Arkansas, as that community's first local aural transmission service in response to a petition for rule making filed on behalf of White County Broadcasters. See 64 FR 17137, April 8, 1999. Coordinates used for Channel 289A at Kensett are 35-14-00 NL and 91-39-54 WL. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
