Abstract
The Federal Communications Commission published in the Federal Register of January 28, 1999 (64 FR 4322), a Second Memorandum Opinion and Order on Reconsideration of the Fifth and Sixth Report and Orders (Second MO&O) in this proceeding that revised and clarified certain aspects of the Commission's policies relating to digital television (DTV) service in response to requests from petitioners. The amended rules in that decision inadvertently removed a portion of Sec. 73.622(e) of the rules. This notice restores the text that was removed from Sec. 73.622. This notice also changes the FCC address in that section to reflect the recent relocation of the agency's headquarters office.
