This document allots Channel 298C2 to Kihei, Hawaii, as that community's first local aural transmission service in response to a petition for rule making filed by Mountain West Broadcasting. See 64 FR 30292, June 7, 1999. Coordinates used for Channel 298C2 at Kihei are 20-47-00 NL and 156-27-48 WL. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
