This document allots Channel 295A to Nanakuli, Hawaii, as that community's first local aural transmission service in response to a petition for rule making filed by Mountain West Broadcasting. See 64 FR 30290, June 7, 1999. Coordinates used for Channel 295A at Nanakuli are 21-23-30 NL and 158-08-30 WL. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
