This document allots Channel 242A to Del Norte, Colorado, as that community's first local aural transmission service in response to a petition for rulemaking filed by Mountain West Broadcasting. See 64 FR 26718, May 17, 1999. Coordinates used for Channel 242A at Del Norte are 37-40-36 NL and 106-21-12 WL. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
