Abstract
This document amends the Commission's broadcast, broadcast cable cross-ownership and cable/Multipoint Distribution Service Cross- ownership (``MDS'') attribution rules. The intended effect of this action is to improve the clarity and precision of our current rules while avoiding disruptions in funding to licensees.
