Abstract
The Commission, at the request of Mountain West Broadcasting, allots Channel 265C1 to Shiprock, NM, as the community's first local aural service. See 64 FR 18873, April 16, 1999. Channel 265C1 can be allotted to Shiprock with a site restriction of 2.9 kilometers (1.8 miles) southwest, at coordinates 36-46-12 NL; 108-42-49 WL, to avoid a short-spacing to Station KIQX, Channel 267C, and Station KRSJ, Channel 263C, Durango, CO. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
